February is American Heart MonthFebruary Health Hero - Mike Buchanan

Mike “Bucky” Buchanan says "I'm self motivated, and I've got the scars to prove it.” But after heart failure and surgery Buchanan -- a 22 veteran working at Transit’s Vehicle Maintenance facility at Central Base -- found out he was not alone in his quest to bring big changes to his life. Healthy IncentivesSM was part of that quest.
