  • An inspirational team captain: Team captain Eleanor keeps her team motivated by reminding her team members to Move More and to log their activity each week for the Live Well Challenge. She also uses email messages to gather her team members for walk breaks.
  • Competitive Spirit: When team captain Eleanor told her team they were in 40th place in week #2, they really got determined to Move More. By walking to lunch and going to their on-site gym, this team moved up to 8th place in week #5 - and earned the 2009 Most Improved Traditional Team Award!
