Club amenities

WAC Membership includes access to Swimming Pool, Running Track, Gymnasium and Racquetball, Handball and Squash Courts. The Men's, Women's, and Coed Conditioning floors offers a variety of state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Personal training services and Fitness Assessments are available. WAC also offers a variety of Group Fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, step aerobics, core conditioning, group cycling and more.

Cardiovascular equipment includes:

  • Treadmills
  • Elliptical trainers
  • Step machines
  • Bikes
  • Rowing machines
Weight training apparatus includes:

  • Full line of CybexVR2 equipment
  • 10-station modular system
  • Free weight area

The Discount

WAC offers discounted initiation fees to King County employees (and family members) and retirees. Monthly membership dues vary based on services and membership category, and are not discounted. Please contact Mike McGurn at 206-839-4789 or mmcgurn@wac.net for specific membership information or to set up a tour of the Club.

Discounted initiation fees are subject to change August 1, 2010.

  • Individual Membership (married or unmarried, over the age of 30)
    $850 initiation fee (regularly $1200)
  • Young Adult Membership (married or unmarried between 18 - 29 years old)
    $500 initiation fee (regularly $550)
  • Family Membership
    $1200 initiation fee (regularly $2400)

  • Weekdays, 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Saturday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Sunday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

6th Floor Pool :

  • Weekdays, 5:00 am - 9:30 pm
  • Saturday, 6:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, 7:00 am - 6:30 pm
