Club Amenities The ReFit Komplex is an innovative wellness center that focuses on helping you to a healthier well-being and lifestyle. We are a beautiful state of the art facility designed to integrate sport, wellness, fitness, massage, occupational therapy and personal training. We offer education and in-depth training techniques are combined to give you ultimate results. You don’t have to be a World Class Athlete to train like one. Amenities include: - Metabolic Assessments – Full gas exchange VO2 testing and resting test
- Personal Training – 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes
- Weight Loss Programs – Exercise, Food and Coaching
- Family and Sports Nutrition Services
- Classes such as meditation, yoga, kinesis, healthy back, abs, Zumba, TRX Boot Camp, kettle bells, CrossReFit and ropes
- Classes and workshops for targeted populations – Silver Sneakers, AARP discounts, Wheels Only (wheelchair), brain and spinal injury, diabetes management, post-cardiac rehab, pre-approval for bariatric surgery
- FitLinxx – digital training and tracking to help keep you motivated and on track
- Walking Labyrinth – Calm the mind, improve balance and increase your clarity
- Wii Fitness – boxing, bowling, target practice, ping pong and golf all seen on the biggest screen in Washington
- Massage – Chair Massage, Table Massage, Insurance billing
- Towel Service – shower and sweat towels provided
- Locker Rooms – shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
- Locker Rental – Small lockers with laundry service for shirt, shorts and socks.
