The Health Matters Team will be onsite at county activity centers to help you put together a customized plan to keep you active during the holidays. Instead of waiting until the New Year resolve today BEFORE the holiday season begins not to gain weight. Studies show that the average weight gain is only 1 pound, (2 if you are already overweight). The not-so-good news is that the weight you gain over the holiday season does not seem to go away, so year over year the scale creeps up.

This year – the Health Matters team wants to help you maintain! We will be on-site at the activity centers to assist you in putting together a customized plan for you or your team to stay active this holiday season!
