How do I change from the WebMD online individual action plan to another individual action plan?
To change from the WebMD online individual action plan to Weight Watchers at Work®, Free and Clear Quit for Life® or the Live Well Challenge, simply return to the individual action plan selection page and click the circle next to the plan you want.
To access the individual action plan page:
- Go to http://www.kchealthyincentives.com,
- Log-in
- Click the "View or change your individual action plan selection" link under the "Continue" button
- Click the circle next to the individual action plan you want
The next time you go to your Home page, your new individual action plan will be diplayed.
To earn gold, complete the requirements of one of the individual action plans by July 1, 2011. Please note that some individual action plans may have specific start dates. To ensure you have enough time to complete your new individual action plan to earn gold, check for start dates in the “Tell me more” links.
How do I use a planner to meet my weekely activity goal?
Entering three activities in a planner meets the weekly activity goal. Here’s a brief description of how to make entries for each planner:
- Stress planner—Click a box next to one stress management technique.
- Walking planner—Enter steps.
- Exercise planner—Click a box next to an exercise you have performed.
- Meal planner—Click a box next to a food item you have eaten.
How do I use the phased readings to meet my weekly activity goal?
Completing one phase of readings counts as one of the three activities you need to reach your weekly goal.
To complete one phase of readings, you need to read seven steps and take the quiz.
How do I use some of the other activities to meet my weekly activity goal?

Make an entry in a tracker—“Click here to start” button and select the tracker you want to use. Then, enter the date and value in the tracker’s fields and click Save. Every time you enter a date and value into the fields and save them, you will receive credit for one of the three activities you need to reach your weekly goal.

Read a King County Health Matters newsletter article—“Click here to start” button and read the article. The article will change every month. Reading the article will give you credit for one of the three activities you need to reach your weekly goal. After you have read an article, you cannot earn additional points for reading the same article.

Create a personal health record—“Click here to start” button and enter the requested personal information to receive credit for one of the three activities you need to reach your weekly goal. You will receive credit for one activity each time you update your personal health record with new information.
