The motivation to change a behavior comes in many forms. Some times it comes from a shift in thinking. Sometime from a sudden event. Mike “Bucky” Buchanan is a 22 year veteran at transit. He lived a pretty normal life up until a few years back when we was told he’d have to have heart surgery.
