2012 Schedule
NOTE: Benefits-covered employees may attend any clinic. Our flu vaccine vendor can direct-bill Regence, Group Health, Aetna, Uniform Medical, Asuris NorthWest, Lifewise, Meidcare, Premera, and Providence for vaccines administered onsite.
Non-benefits covered employees may self-pay at any clinic. The charge for injectable vaccine or Flu Mist is $30 in exact change or a check made out to Get A Flu Shot.
