May is Bike Month
Thank you for participating in the 2014 Bike to Work Month events. We hope that you continue commuting by bike to and from work.
Commuting by bike
Bicycling is a great way to get to work and can reduce stress and anxiety. Bicycling also provides numerous health benefits, such as:
- Reducing blood cholesterol and blood pressure,
- Increasing cardiovascular endurance and bone strength, and
- Burning calories and keeping weight down.
