Benefits Information

When you leave King County employment, there are certain things you need to do and there are certain benefits available to you. This information is available through:

  • the County's Exit Guide, which is held on the last Tuesday of every month, except in December when the date is adjusted to accommodate holiday schedules, and
  • the County's Employee Exit Guide, which is used in the Exit Class.

It is highly recommended that you attend an Exit Class before you leave county employment. To register, e-mail kc.orientations@kingcounty.gov.
