Aug. 29, 2008 Election results postedExtended office hours tomorrow
In anticipation of Wednesday’s certification deadline, King County Elections will hold extended office hours tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Election Headquarters at 919 SW Grady Way in Renton. Voters who received signature update letters regarding their August 19 ballot can speak to Elections staff during this time either in person or at 206-296-VOTE (8683).
Today staff added 7,382 additional absentee and 2,758 provisional ballots to the vote totals.

King County Elections’ director Sherril Huff estimates 5,000 ballots are on hand and remain to be counted.
