Meeting space is now available at King County’s Brightwater Center for community groups, conferences, private parties or other special events.

Located just north of Woodinville, Brightwater Center is a LEED® Platinum facility that features the highest standard of sustainable, award-winning design. With configurable walls, the center’s three smaller meeting rooms can be transformed into a large open space to accommodate up to 260 people. 

Rental rates include access to the center exhibit hall and catering kitchen, as well as the use of tables, chairs and audio-visual equipment. Separately rentable patios and lawn areas are available for outdoor events.

Some non-profits and government agencies are eligible for space rentals at reduced or no cost.

Residents enjoy clean water and a healthy environment thanks to King County's wastewater treatment program. The county’s Wastewater Treatment Division protects public health and water quality by serving 17 cities, 17 local sewer districts and more than 1.5 million residents in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. The regional clean-water agency has been preventing water pollution for nearly 50 years.
