Disputes between the parties shall be determined by a Dispute Board in the following manner: each party shall appoint one member to the Dispute Board. The members appointed shall jointly appoint an additional member to the Dispute Board. The Dispute Board shall review the facts, agreement terms, and applicable statutes and rules and make a determination. This process shall constitute the final administrative remedy available to the parties. Each party reserves the right to litigate issues and matters in a court de novo. A Program Agreement may supplement, but not contravene, this section.
The “Program Agreement” is the County’s contract with DDA, outlining a specific statement of work.
