Youth being detained in secure detention are not allowed to receive phone calls however, they are allowed to place collect phone calls on a regular basis. I need to talk directly with Juvenile Detention, who do I call?

From I-5 North: Take the James St. exit; go to the second light and turn right; go about a mile to 12th Avenue and turn right on 12th. Go past Jefferson St., parking lot will be on your left.
