Local Rules Notices

Effective October 28, 2014, a new KC Local Family Law Rule (LFLR) 21. Simple Dissolution (Divorce) Program.
The local rule proposed amendments comment period is now closed. A copy of the final amendments will be posted here in July. All 2015 local rule amendments will become effective on September 1, 2015.

Per Washington State General Rule 7, the clerk of the court adopting the rules shall maintain a complete set of current local rules, which shall be available for inspection and copying.
