Superior Court Strategic Agenda

On March 24, 2009, the Superior Court judges approved a Strategic Plan for Superior Court.  The plan, called the 'Superior Court Strategic Agenda' includes eight “strategic issues,” and each issue has one associated goal, plus a set of implementation strategies.  Because plan adoption has occurred so recently, development of appropriate measures for each goal will occur in the months ahead.  To the extent possible, the court will use CourTools measures to evaluate implementation of the plan.
