  • Please email the bailiff to schedule motions requiring oral argument.
  • DO NOT confirm motions without oral argument; set for any day which meets the service requirements of the rule.
  • Please notify the bailiff by email to strike a motion.
  • Please provide Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes per KCLR 7 to receive conformed copies.
  • Motions not in compliance with local rules will be stricken without prejudice.

  • NOTE:  Judge White is assigned to a video courtroom.  If you decide before your hearing that you want a copy of the video, you must purchase a tape from the Clerks Office for $15.00 and bring your receipt to the courtroom clerk.  If you decide after the hearing that you want a copy of the video, you’ll have to obtain the video log number from the courtroom clerk, go to the Clerks Office and pay a $25.00 fee for them to make a copy for you.
