EMAILING SCHEDULING REQUESTS

Please email requests for summary judgment and criminal hearings to the bailiff, if you can.  Dispositive motions are set on Friday mornings in one-hour increments.  If you have Outlook software, please also attach to your email request a proposed calendar appointment with the following details in the subject line:

• Type of hearing, full name of case and case number
• Which party is making the motion
• Attorneys' names and whom they represent
• CCO name (for criminal hearings)
• Whether defendant is in or out of custody (for criminal hearings) and CCN number

TRIAL PREPARATION

• Witness Examination Form - must be filled out and submitted to the court one week before trial.  Email the completed form to the bailiff.
• Exhibit List Template - use this template for your Joint Statement of Evidence/Exhibit List.
