HEARING REQUESTS

Judge Ramsdell's court hears motions requiring oral argument on Friday mornings between 9:00am and noon.  These hearings must be scheduled with the bailiff before a Notice of Hearing may be filed.  Requests for summary judgment dates are accepted by e-mail or by phone.  Call or e-mail the bailiff.

E-mail requests for hearing dates should include:

• Case name and cause number
• Names and phone numbers of all counsel
• Type of hearing and date(s) requested
