Judge MacInnes retired from the bench on October 1, 2008.

All asbestos cases have been transferred to Judge Bruce Heller.

All post-sentencing criminal matters have been transferred to Judge Bruce Heller.

All other civil cases have been transferred to Judge Joan Dubuque.
