Judge William Downing 
Judge Downing has been on the Superior Court bench since his appointment by Governor Booth Gardner in 1989. He is currently assigned to the civil department. In addition to his caseload, he has long been actively involved with the following pursuits in connection with which he welcomes contact: - YMCA High School Mock Trial Competition.
