File Court Documents
Original Court Documents
Original court documents are filed in the Superior Court Clerk’s Office, located in Room E609 of the King County Courthouse (Seattle) and Room 2C of the Maleng Regional Justice Center (Kent). Visit the Clerk's website to learn how to file documents with the Clerk. Documents concerning juvenile justice matters should be filed in Room 307 of the Youth Services Center (Seattle).
It also is possible to file documents electronically via the internet. Get the latest e-filing news and information from the Clerk’s website.
Working papers (also called "courtesy copies") may be mailed or delivered to the court facility where the judge to whom your case is assigned is located. For mailing and delivery addresses, please check the Judges Directory.
