Withdrawing from a Case

• If your agency needs to withdraw from a case for any reason, please fill out a withdrawal form and return it to either the felony, misdemeanor or juvenile coordinator at OPD. Assigned counsel attorneys should file a motion with the court to withdraw from a case.
