King County District Court locations

All King County District Court Divisions are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with the exception of the following 2009 Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday (3rd Monday in January), President's Day (3rd Monday in February), Memorial Day (Last Monday of May), July 3, Labor Day (1st Monday in September), Veteran's Day (November 11), Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day.

In addition to the 2009 holidays, the district court will be operating at reduced staffing levels on the King County 2009 Furlough Days.  Those days are January 2, February 13, April 10, May 22, June 19, July 6, September 4, October 12, November 25 and December 24.

Passport applications are accepted in every location except the Office of the Presiding Judge.  Passport acceptance hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

If filing for Domestic Violence or Anti-Harassment Petitions, it is best to appear in court as early as possible.

Security Screening
You will pass through a security screening checkpoint as you enter any courthouse location.  Certain items may not be brought into the facility and must be left with security personnel at the checkpoint before you enter.  Please take a moment to learn about the items prohibited from King County court facilities.
