The civil exparte walk- in calendars for 2009 have been eliminated from the regular schedule, however, they will be held on all furlough days.  The next furlough day will be September 4, 2009.  The civil exparte walk-in schedule for September 4, 2009 is anticipated to be as follows:

Judge Nault, Issaquah Courthouse Courtroom #2, all day

Judge Christie, Burien Courthouse Courtroom #2, all day

Judge Eiler, Seattle Courthouse Courtroom E-326, all day

Issaquah Courthouse: No regularly scheduled calendar. For dates, e-mail Issaquah.KCDC@kingcounty.gov attn: Civil Clerk.

Kent Courthouse: Civil trial and motions each Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m except for the 2nd Full Wednesday of each month. Please contact the court for available dates at Kent.KCDC@kingcounty.gov

Seattle Courthouse: For civil and motion dates, please contact the court at Seattle.KCDC@kingcounty.gov.
