Warrants can be issued in any division of the King County District Court. If you know that a warrant has been issued for your arrest and you wish to take care of it, follow the procedures below for the division where the case has been filed. In all cases, you must appear in person to take care of the warrant. This cannot be done over the telephone.

Division Warrant (Walk-in) Procedures
Auburn Courthouse

City of Auburn warrant walk in calendar will be Wednesdays at 1:30 PM in Courtroom 1. The cutoff time for these calendars is Tuesday at 4:30 PM.

City of Covington Warrant walk in calendar will be the second, fourth and fifth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am. The cutoff time for these calendars is Tuesday morning at 8:45 am. Deft may sign a PR for warrants $2500 and under, PR is not available for DV, DUI or Physical Control and must be the first warrant.

Bellevue Courthouse Defendants must appear in person at Bellevue Division to sign up for the 10:00 am Tuesday or 10:00 am Thursday walk-in calendars no later than 1:00 pm Monday or Wednesday. In the event Monday is a holiday, defendants must appear no later than 1:00 pm Friday. The Bellevue Walk in Calendar is held at the end of the regularly scheduled 8:45 am calendar. There is no calendar during Jury Week, the third full week of every month.
Burien Courthouse  Individuals with State or County cases filed in Burien Courthouse with outstanding warrants, wishing to be heard on a warrant walk-in calendar must apply in person at the division during normal working hours. Upon review of the case, a hearing will be scheduled. City of Burien warrants The Judge will see the first 5 people on a walk-in basis that check in on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Issaquah Courthouse Warrant walk-in calendar daily. Defendant must check in at the front counter before 11:00 am to be added to the 11:15 am calendar.
Redmond Courthouse

The Warrant Walk-In calendar is heard daily, Monday thru Friday, at 1:00PM at the Redmond Courthouse. Persons interested in appearing must sign up at the Redmond Courthouse no later than 11:00AM to be heard at 1:00PM, same day.

Seattle Courthouse

Warrant walk-in calendars are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:25pm in the King County Courthouse district court courtrooms. The defendant must appear at the front counter, E-327, to file the motion to quash bench warrant to get on the calendar. The cutoff to get on each calendar is 11:00am on that same day.

Felony expedited warrants are not quashed on a bench warrant calendar. The defendant must appear at the clerk’s office (E-327) for a new court date. The warrant will remain outstanding and will be addressed when the defendant appears at his/her hearing.

Shoreline Courthouse There is no regularly scheduled warrant walk-in calendar. Persons with warrants from the Shoreline Courthouse, should appear in person to sign up for the next available court date.
Mental Health Court Persons with a warrant issued through the King County District Court Mental Health Court must contact their Public Defender or Probation Officer.        
 Maleng Regional Justice Center Warrant walk in calendars will be held daily. Defendants must check in at the front counter in room 1A by 12:00 PM to be heard on the same day. 
Maleng Regional Justice Center - DV Court Defendants are to appear at the front counter in room 1A during business hours. Defendants must appear by noon on Thursday to be calendared for the MRJC Friday bench warrant calendar. Defendants are screened by OPD before leaving the courthouse.
