LCrRLJ 7.2(a)
(1) Statement of Fine. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sentencing, all assessable court costs including witness fees, filing fees and service of process shall be in addition to the stated sentence. Any statutory penalty assessment shall be in addition to the stated fine. (2) Deferred Prosecution. If it comes to the attention of a sentencing judge on any mandatory-court-appearance offense that the defendant being sentenced is on a deferred prosecution program, the sentencing judge shall cause notice of the offense and sentence to be sent to the judge supervising the deferred prosecution.
