Regular meetings of the Executive Committee shall be held every month on the first and third Tuesday. Regular meetings of the judges shall be held on the fourth Friday of January, April, June and October, or on such other day as may be designated by the Chief Presiding Judge. Provided, the Chief Presiding Judge may cancel an Executive Committee meeting or a regular meeting of the judges when there are no scheduled topics of discussion or when reasonably required by scheduling conflicts.
