LCRLJ 3.1
(a) "Venue", as prescribed in the CRLJ and RCW 3.66.040, includes the "district" venue and the "division" venue of the King County District Court. (b) Impound hearings shall be filed in the division in which the impound of the vehicle occurred.
(c) These rules do not govern the filing of Petitions for Orders for Protection or Anti-Harassment Orders as provided for in RCW 26.50.020(3) and 10.14.160. Such petitions may be filed in any division of the King County District Court.
(d) The Presiding Judge may direct alternative filing requirements pursuant to LARLJ 0.19.
