LFLR 3. MANDATORY FORMS TO BE USED.

        The Washington State mandatory family law forms shall be used except where a mandatory form is designated “optional”, local forms have been promulgated by the Court or no mandatory form exists for the particular matter. State and local forms, including Note for Motion forms, may be obtained from the King County Superior Court Clerk, the King County Facilitator’s Office, the King County Superior Court Law Library, or by accessing http://www.kingcounty.gov/kcscc.
