Problem/Solution

Lost or forgot ID

Please e-mail the e-service desk with the first and last name of the payer so that they can look for the ID.

Account locked

This comes from trying the wrong password/Id combination too many times. Please e-mail or call the e-service desk to ask them to unlock your account.

Would like a refund (cannot get case)

Please call the e-service desk to provide appropriate information so that a refund may be prepared.

Online application error message

This error message could be due to online maintenance or a problem with the document. Please e-mail or call the e-service desk with the case and sub number ready.

Customer received confirmation of payment e-mail but never received ID/password e-mails.

Please contact the e-service desk by e-mail and provide your transaction reference number and e-mail and the clerk will respond with user ID and temporary password

Online access to this case is not available

Only cases initiated after November 2004 are available online and of those only criminal (1), civil (2)-except for protection orders, and probate cases (4) are available. Alternative record requests can be found at the Records home page.
