Electronic Court Records (ECR) Online

Per King County Superior Court Local General Rule (LGR) 31, not all case records are available online.

ECR Online provides access to cases filed November 1, 2004 and forward and limited to the following cases:

  • Adult criminal cases;
  • Civil cases, with the exception of domestic violence and antiharassment protection order cases; and
  • Probate cases, with the exception of guardianship cases.


Available Reports: 
New case and judgments reports are also available via ECR Online by choosing case number 13-2-01020-8. The cost is $5.00 per report.


Access Cost:
The cost for viewing case documents online is 15 cents per page.  A King County eCommerce application transaction fee of $2.49 for credit cards and $1.49 for internet checks will be included when creating or depositing funds to an ECR Online account.
