How do I obtain a payment history?
A printout of the balance due on a legal financial obligation (LFO) is available in two different formats. A Balance Sheet is a summary of the amounts ordered and paid. The fee for a balance sheet is $2.00. A Case Financial History is a detailed list of the amounts ordered, payments made and disbursement or distribution of the payments. The fee for a case financial history is $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. The number of pages for a case depends on how much financial activity there has been on the case. If you wish to order a case financial history, please send your request with a payment of $10.00. If the actual amount is less than this, the excess amount will be refunded to you. Remember to include the case number in your request.
A Case Financial History can be purchased for financial activity on civil cases also. However, for a civil case, only the payments and disbursements will listed.
