  • Payments for filing fees and services made in person may be made in cash or by check.  The check must be drawn on a Washington State bank with the payer's name and address imprinted on the check.  Filing fees can only be paid by a party to the case.
  • Payments for fees or services sent through the mail may be made by check or money order.  The check must be drawn on a Washington State bank with the payer's name and address imprinted on the check.  The money order must be made payable to the Department of Judicial Administration.
  • Payments for services purchased online may be made by electronic check or credit card.  Note that an additional service charge applies to these transactions.
  • Payments on Legal Financial Obligations must be made by money order, cashier's check, or with cash if paying in person. Money orders and cashier's checks must be made payable to the Department of Judicial Administration and contain the case number(s) for which the payment is to be applied.
