Documents scheduling matters on a holiday will be returned with a $15 faulty Document handling fee imposed.

The Superior Court holds limited proceedings on the following Non-Judicial Days; however, the Clerk's Office remains open for business as usual.

  • the third Monday of January, celebrated as the birth of Martin Luther King, Jr.
  • the third Monday of February, Presidents' Day
  • the last Monday of May, Memorial Day
  • the fourth day of July, Independence Day
  • the first Monday in September, Labor Day
  • the eleventh day of November, Veterans' Day
  • the fourth Thursday of November, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after
  • the twenty-fifth day of December, Christmas Day
