Shortening the Civil Case Schedule

The Court adopted a plan to reduce the civil case schedule from 17.5 months to 12 months (from filing to trial) over the course of a three year period.  The first case schedule reduction will begin the second week of January 2012, and subsequent reductions will occur until the performance standard of 12 months is achieved.
