Jan. 14, 2009 Video Voters Guide for King County Elections Director now available online and on King County TVSpecial edition for the February special electionLearning about the six candidates running for the new office of King County Director of Elections is now as simple as turning to your computer or your television.
King County has created a Video Voters Guide for the February 3rd special election, with statements from the candidates vying for the new non-partisan position. You can view all of the statements together or click on a specific candidate to watch an individual statement.
King County TV is cablecasting the Video Voters Guide and will carry it at various times until the election. You can find King County TV on Comcast and Broadstripe Cable 22. To find viewing times, go to the Web site.
The Video Voters Guide is hosted by Frank Abe and produced by King County Elections and King County TV.
The Febuary 3rd special election will be the first countywide election in King County to be conducted entirely by mail. Ballots are being mailed starting today through Friday.
