Agenda: Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. There will be an Open House from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the Chair will call the meeting to order. Staff will give a brief overview of the proposed legislation, after which public testimony will begin. Testimony will be limited to 2-3 minutes per person in order to allow as many people as possible to have a chance to speak. As these meetings progress, the Chair will try to recognize first those persons who are testifying on a matter for the first time. The meetings are scheduled to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
