NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held before the Metropolitan King County Council, Room 1001, King County Courthouse, Seattle, Washington, on the 31st day of March, 2008, in the King County Council Chambers, King County Courthouse, 516 3rd Avenue in Seattle, Washington, to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 2007-0386, authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between King County and the City of Lake Forest Park for transfer to the City of the following county properties, property interests, and facilities within city limits:

Drainage Easements:
All drainage-related easements granted or dedicated to King County within the boundaries of the City of Lake Forest Park.
SUMMARY
The King County Council will consider Proposed Ordinance 2007-0386, authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement with the City of Lake Forest Park to transfer to the City specific drainage properties, property interests and facilities originally owned and/or processed under development regulations by King County but now within city limits. The drainage properties, property interests and facilities will be owned, operated and maintained by the City of Lake Forest Park.
