NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the King County Flood Control District (the District) Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse (516 Third Avenue, Seattle Washington) on the 2^nd day of November 2009 at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider adoption of the 2010 budget and for the District.

On October 5, 2009 the King County Executive transmitted the proposed Water and Land Resources Division budget for flood control services to the District. The transmittal includes operations, capital and financial plans for flood control in the county. This transmittal, together with the Flood Control Zone District's Advisory Committee's recommendations, is considered in this resolution.

The proposal is available in the King County Council Clerk’s office, Room 1039, King County Courthouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle Washington.
