                NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING        

                                                                         Proposed Substitute 206-0397                                                                   

 

 

The Metropolitan King County Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 22nd, 2017 to take testimony on a proposed substitute ordinance authorizing the sale of two parcels of surplus county property to the City of Issaquah.

 

The public hearing on the proposed transfer will be held before the full council at the King County Courthouse, Room 1001 on Monday, May 22, 2017, at 1:30 p.m.

 

One parcel is known as the Issaquah Pit Property, located at 23240 SE 74th Street. The 18-acre property has been used by the King County Department of Transportation as the King County Road Services – Issaquah Maintenance Facility. The location has been declared surplus.

 

The second parcel is unimproved property located between SE Newport Way and SR 900 in Issaquah.  The 1.25 acre property is surplus to King county’s current and future needs.
