NOTICE OF HEARING

Proposed Ordinance 2012-0041

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan King County Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse (516 Third Avenue, Seattle Washington) on Monday the 27th day of February 2012 beginning at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 2012-0041.

   SUMMARY

Proposed Ordinance 2012-0041 would extend from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013, a deadline requiring the department of development and environmental services to provide public notice of Type 1 decisions for which a notice of application is not otherwise required under K.C.C. 20.20.060.

A copy of Proposed Ordinance No. 2012-0041 will be mailed upon request to the Clerk of the Council, Room 1200, King County Courthouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.
