NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan King County Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA, on Monday, April 23, 2012, beginning at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 2012-0001,which authorizes the King County Executive to enter into an interlocal agreement for the annexation of a portion of the "Mill Site" property by the City of Snoqualmie.

Summary:

This legislation would authorize annexation by interlocal agreement of a portion of the Mill Site, located adjacent to the city of Snoqualmie. The Transportation Economy and Environment committee forwarded the legislation to the Council with a "do-pass" recommendation of a revised interlocal agreement.
