METROPOLITAN KING COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ADOPTION Ordinance No. 17060 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan King County Council (the Council) held a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse (516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA) on Monday, April 4, 2011, beginning at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of this public hearing was to consider emergency action on Proposed Ordinance 2011-0153 (Ordinance 17060) adopting interim regulations relating to the review of temporary use permits in the Mill Pond annexation area of the city of Snoqualmie.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 17060 would allow an application for a temporary use permit proposed within the Mill Pond annexation area of the city of Snoqualmie to be reviewed as a Type I (administrative) land use decision. The ordinance was adopted as an interim regulation and expires on May 31, 2011. Dated at Seattle, Washington this 12th day of April, 2011.
