NOTICE OF ADOPTION
Ordinance No. 17220
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan King County Council (the Council) held a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse (516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA) on Monday, November 7, 2011, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of this public hearing was to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance 2011-0407 (Ordinance 17220) relating to school district capital facilities plans and mitigation fees.
SUMMARY:
Ordinance 17220 amends Title 20 to update the school capital facilities plans and implement the collection of impact fees by the county on behalf of the following school districts, effective January 1, 2012:
