Business continuity (BC)

Purpose:

Establish information technology resources, processes and systems in place to support critical County operations in the event of a disaster or significant business disruption.

Quarterly project status:

The Executable Implementation Plan was completed in March 2006.  Work is currently underway to implement selected mitigation strategies and completion is expected in 2008.
