Funding Subcommittee
Determine the existing alternative methods for funding the Next Generation Public Safety Communications Network (Network);Recommend whether to seek additional funding methods from the Legislature; Recommend one or more methods to use to fund the Network, assuming additional funding methods are not granted or sought; and Recommend whether the Network should be funded on a County-by-County basis or a three-county agency created and the Network funded on a Regional basis.
