The Office of Information Resource Management (OIRM) provides Information Technology (IT) services to the public and the county’s agencies. It ensures a common technology vision, planning, oversight and management of information technology in the county. The county has established four goals that illustrate the long-term values it has regarding use of technology to serve the public: - Efficiency

- Transparency and accountability for decisions
- Risk management
