Guilty Plea in Federal Way Gun Case: State v. Justin McLeod: An identified gang member with a history of felony convictions has pleaded guilty as charged to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm First Degree in a Federal Way gun possession case.  Federal Way Detectives and a DPA worked tirelessly to locate several uncooperative witnesses which helped convince the defendant to plead guilty on the eve of trial.  McLeod, 33, will be sentenced on Friday and faces a range of just over seven years in prison.  The case was handled by DPA Steve Herschkowitz, paralegal Lindsey Thomas and Federal Way PD Detective Richard Kim.
