All District Four staff members can help you navigate King County government services and assist you with your questions and community projects. In addition to our general duties that are described below, each one of us has specific issues that we follow and constituent concerns that we are working to address.

The District Four staff works hard behind the scenes to help Councilmember Phillips meet the challenges of serving and representing District Four's approximately 200,000 citizens.

She helps him keep the public informed about their government through newsletters, press releases, and the web, and aids reporters in getting the information they need to cover county government.
