All District Four staff members can help you navigate King County government services and assist you with your questions and community projects. In addition to our general duties that are described below, each one of us has specific issues that we follow and constituent concerns that we are working to address.
Legislative Aide - Executive Assistant
Ashley answers the phone when you call Councilmember Phillips, coordinates his schedule, assists with his written correspondence, and keeps the office running smoothly.
Legislative Aide - Correspondence/Environment
Erika assists Councilmember Phillips with his written correspondence. She also helps Councilmember Phillips enact his environmental agenda, Greenprint, and assists him with his responsibilities as Chair of the Transportation, Economy, and Environment Committee.
Legislative Aide - Chief of Staff
BrynDel has worked for Councilmember Phillips since 1995. As Chief of Staff, she assists him in working with councilmembers, community groups and other branches of county, city, state and federal government.
Legislative Aide - Communications/Transportation
Leah assists Councilmember Phillips with communications and media relations. She helps him keep the public informed about their government through newsletters, press releases, and the web, and aids reporters in getting the information they need to cover county government. She also assists Councilmember Phillips with his responsibilities as a Sound Transit Board member and Chair of the Transportation, Economy, and Environment Committee.
